The 19th Century

18K Yellow Gold is the old-fashioned gold karat weight, much of the jewelry from the 19th century and early 20th was 18K. It has 30% more gold content than the 14K, so the yellow tone is a warmer, more golden color, and is a fair bit more expensive, usually about 30% more.

I Have had a masonic ring since 1996 when I was Master of my Lodge. our curent Master W.Bro Mike Williams being a true mason was going to give me this ring as a gift but my wife decided to give a donation to the Gulf war vetranes. So i am delighted with this ring as it has not only given me such pleasure in reciving it buy has mad a charitable contribution already. I will always treasure it as a gift from my Loving wife and good friend and brother mason
